Conor Commercial Real Estate and venture partner, American Realty Advisors, completed the development of a 575,000 square foot Class A speculative industrial facility that was leased to a full-building E-Commerce Retailer at shell completion.

Situated on a 29-acre infill parcel at 38811 Cherry Street in Newark, California, the building offers a prominent Bay Area location within the East Bay industrial submarket and convenient access to the I-880 Freeway and California State Route 84’s Dumbarton Bridge. The 575,000 square foot, LEED-Silver cross-dock development represents the first sizable speculative warehouse facility larger than 400,000 square feet to be developed in the East Bay within the last 15 years. The E-Commerce Retailer benefits from the facility’s 32′ clear height, 120 dock doors, full-size truck courts and on-site parking for 175+ trailers.
