Mike is a Development Manager in Conor Commercial Real Estate’s Corporate Headquarters Office. In this role, he oversees all development projects in the greater Chicago area and southeastern United States.
Mike monitors economic and industry trends and identifies new build-to-suit and land purchase opportunities. He also leads the development team through the development life cycle from land acquisition through entitlements, design, construction, lease up, financial performance and project disposition.
Prior to joining Conor, Mike worked as a Development & Acquisition Associate at Related Midwest where he performed underwriting, negotiation, design and construction management and asset management for a variety of projects in the commercial, multi-family and affordable housing sectors.
Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois.
