Bob is an experienced financial professional contributing over 30 years of experience within the commercial real estate development industry with a strong planning and analysis background. As a Certified Public Accountant, he is responsible for managing Conor’s finances on a national basis and oversees the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, tax and treasury functions.
Bob periodically reports to the senior management team regarding the operations and long-term growth plans for the firm. His responsibilities also include overseeing the annual financial audit and the management of the company’s risk exposure and insurance programs. He serves as the company’s primary liaison with banks, insurance companies, sureties and external auditors. In addition, he manages the company’s human resources and technology departments. Bob is also a member of Conor’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
Bob previously served as Chief Financial Officer for several Chicago-based real estate firms including Opus Development Corporation and Amli Commercial Properties.
