Conor Commercial Real Estate and their partner, WHI Real Estate Partners, have leased the 118,383-square-foot, state-of-the-art building three at the Lotus Project in Chandler, Arizona to Isola Group. Isola Group, a leading laminates manufacturer, will be making the Class A industrial development their new global headquarters. The facility will accommodate administrative, manufacturing and research and development activities for the company.

This marks the first lease signed within Phase I of the Lotus Project, a 53-acre, mixed-use employment park that incorporates four buildings totaling 473,516 square feet. Isola’s facility features a 32′ clear height, ample power, efficient loading capacity and abundant parking.

“We’re very excited to already have 25% occupancy at the Lotus Project with Isola’s lease,” remarked Sven Tustin, Senior Vice President of Conor Commercial Real Estate. “Isola is a reputable company in the Chandler area, and we’re proud that they have chosen our development to be their new home.”

Isola is a market leader in copper-clad laminates and dielectric prepreg materials used to fabricate advanced multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs). McShane Construction Company is performing the construction on an interior build-out for Isola that will enable their new facility to quickly deliver their products.

The Lotus Project is centrally located in Metropolitan Phoenix’s Southeast Valley region and offers logistical advantages to tenants, as it is positioned less than one mile from I-10 and the Loop 202, less than 15 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and less than 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

Steve Larsen and Jason Moore of JLL represented Isola in the lease transaction. Jackie Orcutt, Rusty Kennedy, John Grady, James Cohn and Jonathan Teeter of CBRE represented Conor.
