Houston Amateur Sports Park

McShane Development Company was selected to develop the new 35,240-square-foot Houston Amateur Sports Park in Houston, Texas.

The facility is located within the Houston Amateur Sports Park situated on Highway 288 at 12211 Kirby Drive. McShane Development Company provided development services including the negotiations and management of the land lease to allow the new sports medicine and athletic facility to be constructed on behalf of Competitive Edge Sports (CES) Performance. The multi-tenant, single-story building hosts an 18,505-square-foot suite for CES Performance and a 7,000-square-foot tenant space for the Methodist Center for Sports Medicine. The facility also serves as the permanent training center for the Houston Dynamo, Houston’s internationally-recognized Major League Soccer team. The Dynamo occupies 5,125 square feet within the facility allowing the organization to host its first team and youth academy at this new location. Cadence McShane Construction and Seeberger Architecture provided the design/build construction services for this sports medicine and athletic facility.
