Conor Commercial Real Estate and Gallagher and Henry were the developers of Union Pointe Building Three, the latest industrial facility constructed within Union Pointe business park.

The facility is a 256,880-square-foot speculative industrial development situated within this 80-acre industrial business park located at the intersection of I-355 and I-55 in Woodridge, Illinois. A 135,213-square-foot lease to Kellogg’s was executed that includes a 5,136-square-foot office component, on-site parking for 41 trailers and 20 docks supporting its distribution operations throughout Chicago and the midwest region.
