McShane Development and Colliers Bennett and Kahnweiler (now Colliers International) provided comprehensive development services for the 127,028-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for Klein Tools, a leading manufacturer of professional hand tools and occupational protective equipment.

The attractive facility was constructed of structural precast panels and features a full-height glass curtainwall at the main entrance. The 26′ clear headquarters includes a 64,420-square-foot, two-story office component together with 57,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Generous parking for 307 vehicles facilitates convenient access to the facility.
