Pacific Commons Industrial Center

Pacific Commons Industrial Center is a 814,852-square-foot logistics/fulfillment center that features a 36′ clear height, cross-dock configurations, an ESFR sprinkler system, 141 dock doors, 143 trailer parking stalls and flexible office space. The building achieved LEED-Silver certification and offers 68 electric vehicle charging stations. The building is situated on 42 acres, is just over a mile from Interstate 880, less than three miles from Interstate 680, and three miles from the Warm Springs BART station.

Pacific Commons was leased to one of the world’s largest supply chain management and package delivery companies. At the time, this was the largest speculative industrial building transaction in San Francisco Bay History, earning it the title of Industrial Lease of the Year from the San Francisco Business Times.
